Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Lash Pocket CEO is a profit and clarity tool for lash business owners. It organizes the numbers you enter, produces forecasts and verdicts, and provides guidance through Coach Todd and the weekly CEO Focus.

We are not a bookkeeper, accountant, tax preparer, attorney, or licensed financial advisor. Nothing in the app is accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Outputs depend on the accuracy of the information you enter, and you are responsible for your own business decisions. For filings or legal matters, consult a qualified professional.

• Access is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan. We will notify you before any price change affecting your renewal.
• Discount codes apply as described at the time of purchase and may be limited in duration, quantity, or eligibility.
• Complimentary or granted access may be provided or withdrawn at our discretion.

You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we'll review it.

You keep ownership of the business and client information you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it in order to operate the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload any client information you import, and you agree not to upload payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information. Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

• Don't share your account or resell access to the service.
• Don't copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the app's software or underlying prompts and frameworks.
• Don't upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access.
• Don't use the service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages to your clients.

The app, its content, branding, coaching frameworks, and Coach Todd's materials are owned by us and licensed to you for your own business use during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

The service works alongside tools such as Square, GlossGenius, and Vagaro through data you export and import. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or the accuracy of data they produce. Payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and AI features are provided by third parties under their own terms.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for violating these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
