Privacy Policy

• Account information. Your name, email address, and password credentials used to create and access your account.
• Business information you enter. Revenue, expenses, service prices, payroll details, goals, and any bank statement or document images you upload for data extraction.
• Client information you import. If you import or enter a client list, that may include client names, contact details, visit dates, services, and amounts spent.
• Subscription information. Plan, billing status, and renewal dates. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
• Usage information. Basic technical and activity data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app.

• To provide your dashboard, profit analysis, forecasts, and calculators.
• To generate your weekly CEO Focus and to power Coach Todd's responses using your own numbers.
• To create account notifications, reminders, and re-book alerts.
• To process subscriptions, discounts, and account changes.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your client list with other users.

We use a small number of providers to run the app: a cloud database and authentication provider for secure storage and sign-in, Stripe for payment processing, an email provider for transactional messages sent from notify.lashpocketceo.com, and an AI provider that processes the content you submit to Coach Todd and to document scanning in order to return a result. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms.

Coach Todd and the statement-scanning feature send the relevant text or image you provide to an AI model to produce a response or extract figures. Only what is needed for that request is sent. AI output is guidance for your business decisions — it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Your data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules so your records are only accessible to your account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting and database providers. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which removes your profile and associated business records. Limited billing records may be retained where required for recordkeeping. You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data.

If you upload client information, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for how you contact those clients. Do not upload payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information.

The app is intended for business owners age 18 and over.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
